Returns & Cancellation Policy
We love plants, and we’d love you to love them too. We make every effort to deliver plants that closely resemble those displayed on our website in the selected size. As with all living things, natural variations may occur, which we consider acceptable and carefully manage by working with trusted suppliers.
If you wish to return or reject an order or a specific item, you may do so at the time of delivery by returning the product to the delivery agent. The amount for the returned product or order will be refunded within 10 working days.
If an order is accepted and later you wish to change, exchange, or return the plants, no refund will be provided.
For issues beyond our control—such as airborne pests and diseases including box blight, fungal leaf spot, or aphids—we cannot accept responsibility beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
